If you use any ROGEE element from this website, with or without written permission, on your website and/or other marketing and advertising outlets for your business, you, the owner of the website and/or the underlining company profiting from use of the element, hereby understand and agree to the following terms: (a) you will be automatically invoiced by ROGEE at the current licensing rate for each element used; (b) you are granted a 12-month limited license to use the element as originally intended by ROGEE; (c) invoicing will recur, at current prices, on a 12-month anniversary basis as long as you continue to use/license the element; (d) the license is limited to elements (including, but not limited to: video, natural photo, doctored photo/image, manufactured image, ad copy, text copy, web page, data collection form, etc.) and does NOT include trademarks (DealerSERVE, ROGEE, HollywoodSERVE, BidThatCar, etc.).
